Dr. Anup Yadav
Counselling Psychologist

Life Rhythm Counselling Cell was founded in August 2020 by Dr Anup Yadav, with the vision of establishing a mental health platform that is ethical, evidence-based, and socially relevant. His work is driven by the belief that psychology must evolve with changing societal needs and should be practiced with scientific responsibility and human sensitivity.
Dr Yadav brings vast and diverse professional experience across multiple sectors, including government departments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and educational institutions. This exposure has enabled him to work with individuals from varied socio-cultural, academic, and occupational backgrounds, strengthening his contextual understanding of mental health concerns in India.
Dr Anup Yadav is also a member of international psychological regulatory bodies, reflecting his commitment to global ethical standards, professional accountability, and continuous learning in psychology. This international engagement allows him to remain aligned with contemporary developments, ethical frameworks, and best practices in mental health care.
